1. Allow yourself a maximum of 15 minutes of worry time each day

Allocate a set time each day when you will stop what you are doing and worry.

Set this time aside and decide beforehand that you will do nothing during that time apart from worry about the things which need it.

Be strict with the time of day which you set aside AND the duration of the worry time. Some clients set an alarm on their phone to remind themselves.

During the day when something pops into your mind which you need to worry about, remind yourself that this is not your allocated worry time and make a note to add this to your list of worries at the allocated time.

So, go to your phone and set that alarm.
